Fees/Payments

Payment is due on Monday of each week or on the first day of the week attending daycare. If payment is received after Monday of each week, you will be charger a Late Fee payments $20.00 1st day, $25.00 2nd Day, 3rd day child will not be admitted until payment is submitted in full. (Each day the payment goes up $5.00.) It must be understood that to hold your child’s space, payment must be paid whether your child attends or not on a weekly basis. Payment is based on contract, not attendance in order to hold your child’s space with the center. This applies to private pay students as well.

Your daycare tuition will change based on the child age from when your child first day of enrollment.

Same goes for part-time care as well. Unfortunately, we cannot switch around your child’s scheduled days of enrollment on an occasional or semi-occasional basis. In other words, your days contracted are your days and cannot be altered on a weekly basis. If you feel you need and/or want a more flexible schedule then you may want to consider adding days or going too full time. However, keep in mind you can also pay for extra days on an as needed basis for the cost of your current average daily amount.

Note: to figure out the monthly payment you do the following, (weekly amount x 52 weeks divided into 12 months = monthly amount)

Deposit

A nonrefundable deposit equal to two weeks of childcare costs is due at time of enrollment(Private pay only). All applicants must pay $20.00 application fee before enrollment.  However, do not give us the deposit until you have signed the parent-provider contract/enrollment application and thoroughly read the parent hand book. Your child’s spot is not secured until we have received both the deposit and the signed parent-provider contract/enrollment application.

• Application Fee - $20.00

• Infant ages 6weeks-24 months old-$225.00 per week

• Ages 3- 12 years old- $175.00- per week

• Before Care Program starts at 6:00am-8:30am- $50 per day per child.

• After Care program starts 3:00-6:00p.m- $50 per day, per child.

• Summer Camp Ages 6-12 years old-$ 175.00 per week, per child (FULL TIME).

*Late Fee pick up is $1.00 per minute that must be paid immediately.
